FOAR was incorporated and received 501(c)3 status in November 2014. The tax ID number is 47-1883126. FOAR is the “parent” non-profit organization for a number of community based funds and programs, all with the same mission and purpose. The FOAR family of funds has grown to include the following:

     The Executive Board meets at the Bartek Recreation Center, generally following the monthly Recreation Commission meetings.  The full Board of Directors meets as needed.
